We focus on seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced produce, with estate-grown ingredients featured throughout our menu to complement our wines.
The restaurant operates Wednesday to Sunday for lunch (from 11am), with dinner service on Friday and Saturday evenings.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 2nd Year Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity to continue developing your skills in a professional, produce-driven kitchen. You will work closely with our Head Chef and Senior team, gaining hands-on experience across all sections while building strong foundations in technique, preparation, and service.
