Bilingual Technical Customer Support Specialist - English & Spanish

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Specialist - English & Spanish - Remote for our IT Financial Services SaaS client for their Australian office.

Role: Bilingual Technical Customer Support Specialist - English & Spanish - Remote

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 AUD depending on experience + 3 weeks paid vacation + statutory holidays + sick days

Location: Remote (client based in Toronto, ON)

Our client delivers innovative technology solutions to make cash processing and transportation more efficient, supporting the digital payment landscape. This role involves onboarding current clients, providing training, troubleshooting, and optimizing their operations using our SaaS software.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead onboarding for new clients, including training on system features.
- Demonstrate effective use of our SaaS platform to enhance operations.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with testing and validating software updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in cash processing or cash-in-transit industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with SaaS platforms and client interactions.
