About the ROLE
Working within a busy team and reporting directly to the General Sales Manager you will work to achieve monthly sales targets whilst offering an exceptional customer experience.
In this role, you will ;
* Manage your leads and data records effectively throughout the selling cycle.
* Help customers find the right vehicles for their needs and budget.
* Cultivate lasting relationships, turning first-time buyers into lifelong clients.
* Collaborate with our passionate team, contributing to and celebrating shared successes.
* Negotiate and close deals in a positive way, ensuring every customer leaves delighted.
* Manage all contracts and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
As a retail business all members of the sales team are expected to work 5 days per week including Saturday with a regular RDO Monday to Friday.
About YOU
We are looking for an experienced used car salesperson with a customer first attitude.
As a sales role, this position has a monthly target attached. We are therefore seeking a driven individual who enjoys the personal and financial reward associated with achieving their goals.
If you have the following skills and attributes we encourage you to apply for this role ;
* strong customer-service mindset,
* sales experience in any field (automotive an advantage but not necessary),
* good organisation skills,
* the adaptability to work across multiple software platforms,
* ability to take initiative,
* a can-do approach ,
A full driver's license is required for this role.
Training will be provided, and you will receive support from the team at every stage.
