Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Structural Supervisors to join our high-performing Mackay Operations Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead shutdown and maintenance projects across multiple Bowen Basin sites, including Dragline and Wash Plant operations.

Key Responsibilities will be:
* Lead and coordinate structural crews during shutdowns.
* Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
* Work across various sites with a strong pipeline of scheduled shutdowns.
* Opportunity to work short-term or back-to-back shutdowns.
* Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
* Proven experience supervising mechanical teams in mining or heavy industry.
* Dragline and wash plant experience advantageous.
* Strong leadership and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
* Relevant trade qualifications and supervisory tickets.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced shutdown environment.
* Australia working Rights.
* Open drivers licence.
