* You will deliver high level clinical psychology services as a member of a hospital-based multi-disciplinary team, providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment of emotional, behavioural, cognitive and mental health problems that may result from or complicate the management of acute and chronic medical illnesses or injuries.
* Provide leadership and managerial direction and advice on a range of operational and professional issues to the Director of Psychology to achieve policy, operational and professional alignment with CHQ HHS strategic directions and objectives for the QCH Psychology Team.
About The Team
The QCH Psychology Team
provides clinical, health and neuropsychology services to patients of QCH to support their psychological wellbeing in the context of their medical condition. That is, where psychological distress or cognitive skills impact a medical condition or treatment or, where a medical condition, injury, illness, or treatment is causing psychological distress (emotional or cognitive).
