Communication Specialist – Aware Super
Aware Super, one of Australia's largest profit-for-members superannuation funds, is looking for a Communications Specialist to craft and deliver clear, engaging, and impactful communications that connect with our members and stakeholders.
In this role you will work across multiple channels to ensure our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our brand values.
Responsibilities
Coordinating media schedules and interview logistics;
Assisting with content coordination between teams;
Supporting the broader External Affairs team with planning and reporting;
Assisting with media monitoring and coverage analysis;
Monitoring consumer media trends and emerging lifestyle topics and channels relevant to superannuation;
Overseeing analysis of consumer sentiment and media coverage effectiveness.

Strong experience in corporate communications, content creation, or marketing;
Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail;
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Familiarity with digital platforms and analytics tools is desirable;
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face, curious to understand risk context and speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
