How are we doing it?
We're solving this by disrupting the wealth management industry with DLTA, our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology. We're making super and investments more timely and making the information more accessible whilst enabling wealth management companies to offer more cost effective solutions: all with the goal of improving the financial wellbeing of all Australians.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Research – Collaborate with product management to conduct, participate and advise on a variety of product research and discovery activities.
* Product Design – Convert concepts into user experience designs using a variety of lo‐fidelity and hi‐fidelity tools. Collaborate with Engineering and Product team to assure high quality of the build.
* Design System – Consume and contribute to our evolving UI component library and GROW's brand system.
* Accessibility – Design our web experience according to WCAG accessibility standards and collaborate with Product and Technology teams to rectify issues. Advocate for and promotes best practices when designing for accessibility.
* Design Review – Help create an environment of continuous improvement by role‐modeling the early and frequent sharing of work.
* Design Practices – Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design practices by taking the lead on ongoing initiatives.
Please note: this role is an initial 6 month fixed‐term contract.
