Project Officer for Sexual Health
This role is focused on improving sexual health services in rural Victoria by developing and implementing evidence-informed workforce capacity building and health promotion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Health Promotion Lead: Develop and implement effective health promotion strategies to enhance sexual health outcomes.
* Project Coordinator: Plan, implement, and evaluate projects in partnership with local communities and agencies.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve sexual health services and influence policy.
* Knowledge Dissemination: Contribute to reports, publications, and forums to share best practices in rural sexual health.
* Impact Evaluation: Support the evaluation of programs and prepare high-quality reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary degree in a field such as Health Promotion, Public Health, Community Development, Nursing, or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with experience in building partnerships.
