About the role Partner directly with the GM of a fast-growing modular residential builder. You’ll own executive support (diary, comms, reporting) and be the primary client liaison across contracts, selections, and delivery—giving you rare exposure to operations, procurement, and project logistics. What you’ll do EA to GM: inbox/diary, meeting actions, reporting. Client liaison: onboarding to handover; weekly updates; proactive issue resolution. Project coordination: align ops/estimating/drafting/procurement to milestones; track lead times & deliveries. Contracts/admin: assist with agreements, RFIs/POs, document control & compliance. Systems: Onsite Companion, MS/Google Suite; keep records accurate and audit-ready. What you’ve done Ideally, 2–5 years in EA/Office Coordinator/Client Liaison/Project Admin (construction or modular/prefab ideal). Strong written comms; can translate technical info into clear client updates. Highly organised; handles competing deadlines without dropping detail.
