We are seeking a commercially astute and execution-focused operational leader to take ownership of our repair division and commercial programs as our Operations and Inventory Manager - Repair and Commercial.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role holds full divisional accountability across operational performance, inventory control, workforce structure, financial discipline and scalable growth.

The Opportunity
You will lead the operational and financial performance of a growing Repair Division supporting major commercial partnerships including Dreame, Assurant, Dyson and future national programs.
You will not simply manage workflows, you will build systems, strengthen discipline, optimise working capital and drive profitability.
This is a business unit leadership role with direct influence over margin, efficiency and scalable execution.
Your Mandate
Deliver Operational Excellence
* Drive labour efficiency and improve gross profit per labour hour
* Reduce turnaround times through structured process design
* Identify and eliminate systemic inefficiencies
* Build disciplined operational frameworks
Own Workforce Structure & Stability
* Lead workforce planning aligned to forecast demand
* Drive recruitment and structured onboarding
* Improve utilisation, accountability and retention
* Establish clear performance standards and metrics
Strengthen Inventory & Working Capital
* Own end-to-end repair parts inventory
* Reduce obsolete stock and emergency purchasing
* Align stock strategy with commercial demand
Protect Revenue & Cash Flow
* Enforce invoice submission within 3 working days
* Reduce billing discrepancies and revenue leakage
* Strengthen financial reporting visibility/ul>

What We're Looking For
You are commercially disciplined and metrics-driven. You likely bring:
o Strong operations leadership experience within service, repair, logistics or technical environments
o Demonstrated experience improving productivity, efficiency and margin
o Experience managing inventory and working capital performance
o Financial literacy and comfort owning divisional results
o A structured, systems-focused approach
o Confidence leading recruitment, workforce planning and performance management
You are comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands‐on operational problem solving.
