This NFP Educational Organisation seeks a pivotal BA. The BA plays a key role in supporting Project Managers and Business Owners to define and achieve business outcomes. BAs may work across multiple projects simultaneously or be dedicated to a single, long-term project, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to develop strong, effective working relationships. Success in this role requires an enterprise mindset, forward-thinking design capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities include: Assessing business needs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Eliciting, analysing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, including creating user stories. Analysing and mapping data to ensure quality and consistency across systems. Developing and proposing solutions to meet business needs and objectives and defining test cases to validate these solutions. Facilitating workshops to document current processes and design future state processes Work with business and process owners to identify shortcomings, issues, and opportunities for improvement Facilitate workshops with business SMEs and stakeholders to build process maps of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes. Make recommendations to improve practices and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery. Identify key stakeholders impacted by proposed initiatives and engage with them to undertake gap analysis and define success factors.
