Based at Michael Hill's Support Centre in a full-time role (7 am to 3 pm). We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our manufacturing operation - with a unique twist!
What's the Opportunity?
This isn't just another admin management role - it's your chance to lead, innovate, and make a real impact. You'll oversee purchasing, inventory, supplier credits, and goods returns, while coaching a high-performing admin team.
What sets this role apart? You'll work closely with our workshop teams and regularly meet with Merchandising to collaborate on product — blending operational excellence with creative input!
What You'll Do:
* Lead and energise a team to deliver top-tier manufacturing support
* Own purchasing, inventory, and supplier processes with precision
* Keep workflows smooth and deliveries on timeSolve problems, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, stores, and internal teams
* Champion customer-first thinking in everything you do
