Event Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring large-scale event operations using CCTV and integrated security systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring live events and responding swiftly to alarms and incidents.
* Coordinating with on-ground personnel and ensuring clear communication.
* Managing access to restricted areas and maintaining compliance with event SOPs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A current NSW 1A Security Licence (minimum 12 months).
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Availability for 24/7 rotating rosters, including weekends, nights, and public events.
