What Success Looks Like
* Lead and execute a company‑wide technical training and compliance strategy.
* Lift quality and consistency by streamlining training content, tools and assessments.
* Translate operational, safety and compliance needs into clear, practical training delivered across all sites.
* Build internal capability—coaching trainers, developing train‑the‑trainer programs and creating structured career pathways.
* Align all training activity with operational priorities while maintaining audit‑ready, standardised documentation
What You Bring
* Several years' experience in technical training with operational capability in transport, logistics, mining
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). The right candidate has an MC licence
* Demonstrated experience designing, developing and maintaining technical training materials and assessment tools
* Proven experience delivering on-road training and coaching models
* Lead a small team of Training Coordinators, Driver Trainers and technical instructors
* Strong knowledge of NHVAS, CoR and heavy-vehicle compliance and LMS systems
* Ability to balance hands-on delivery of training with strategic leadership
