Seeking 3 SharePoint Content Developers who will provide support by converting technical, process driven, and supporting documents into webpages and other interactive digital content.
The focus is to produce digital content in line with established development processes from specification documents. You will assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of a SharePoint-based formal document management system covering functions.
You will work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity, and with minimal instruction or guidance.
Duties:
• Content publication: creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
• Assist in the curation of documentation and the team's digital asset library.
• Develop site maps and templates.
• Maintain and develop content in SharePoint that supports staff to effectively interact with business units.
• Documenting the team's processes.
• Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents.
• Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high quality outcomes.
• Resolve conflicts between competing work goals, priorities, and projects.
Essential Requirements:
• Proficient in interpreting technical information to create engaging SharePoint web content.
• Skilled in estimating task completion and reporting.
• Experienced in editing and publishing SharePoint intranet sites, with strong technical expertise or the ability to learn quickly.
• Adept at building productive stakeholder relationships.
• Active participant in idea forums and meetings.
• Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps, with the ability to learn new technologies.
• Capable of analysing digital content for quality and accuracy.
Desirable Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint site administration.
• Knowledge of SharePoint content management and creation.
• Project Management skills and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
• Use of DevOps as a work item management tool.
• Knowledge and experience in the suite of Adobe editing tools.
