About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career and transition into a leadership role. Unlike traditional property management positions, this role offers a fresh challenge with a strong focus on team management and strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations and deliver strong financial outcomes across UniLodge Lincoln House
* Lead and mentor the property team to ensure portfolio performance, compliance, and service excellence.
* Manage the property in line with the Operating Agreement and ensure all associated KPIs are met.
* Create a safe, connected, and inclusive environment that supports student wellbeing and satisfaction.
* Drive marketing, occupancy, and compliance initiatives to support sustainable growth.
Let's Talk About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
* Valid Agent's Representative Certificate/Estate Agent Licence (VIC)
* Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with relevant property legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act.
* Proven leadership experience managing frontline teams
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills
