Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Design Engineer, located in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves designing mechanical components and machinery, developing detailed CAD models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet safety, performance, and customer standards. The Mechanical Design Engineer will also be responsible for problem-solving, material selection, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Machine Design
* Proficiency in Product Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
* Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and manage project deadlines
* Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in manufacturing is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
