🔧 The role
Install, commission and service residential/commercial solar PV & battery storage systems across Sydney—protected, compliant, top-quality work. You’ll have an helper assigned on each job to assist with installs, cable runs, testing and pack-down, and you’ll provide on-site guidance/mentorship while our team handles the scheduling and paperwork.
✅ Key responsibilities
- Install, test & commission PV systems
- Install & commission battery energy storage systems
- Fault-find & fix PV/battery issues
- Mentor and supervise electrical apprentices
- Complete compliance docs & site reports
- Lead a safety-first culture and tidy worksites
🧰 What you’ll need
- NSW Electrical Licence
- SAA Accreditation – Solar PV & Battery (required)
- Working at Heights & White Card
- Full Australian driver’s licence
- 1+ year hands-on solar PV experience (battery commissioning preferred)
- Detail-oriented, safe, and great in a team or solo
