Marketing Coordinator - Rare Spares Campbellfield – Full Time
Part of Genuine Parts Company, the global leader in automotive parts and accessories. Located in Campbellfield, this role reports to the Marketing Manager and helps support a variety of marketing activities. Rare Spares is the leader in automotive restoration products in Australia, specialising in the Classic Holden & Ford restoration market, and prides itself on exceptional customer service and quality products.
The Role
Based in Campbellfield, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist in coordinating and managing all marketing activities, including the creation and design of marketing collateral. You will work with external agencies and suppliers, provide marketing support to company‐owned stores and distributor networks, and manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing the marketing strategy and budget.
* Day‐to‐day marketing administration, including updating and managing internal systems and communicating with all areas of the business and external resources.
* Coordinate and execute projects; create written briefs, oversee tasks, and ensure overall project objectives are met.
* Assist in coordinating and managing event, sponsorship, ambassador, advertisement, and charity contracts.
* Coordinate events, including assisting with set‐up and displays (may require on‐site representation).
* Coordinate promotions and merchandise.
* Coordinate with the social media team, creating, monitoring, and posting content for Facebook and Instagram.
* Produce verbal and written communications, including coordinating and producing EDMs.
* Create and proof marketing materials.
* Coordinate loyalty programs.
* Assist in market research activities.
* Perform general administration duties as required.
