The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller and managing a team of 3, this role is responsible for but not limited to:
- The management accounting for the Corporate Services, Investment Management divisions, including management and reporting of overheads budgets
- Assistance in co-ordination, preparation and review of all external financial reporting and taxation obligations, including AFSL compliance.
- Operational oversight of the accounts payable and outsourced payroll functions for the MAB Group
- Responsible for reporting of indirect taxes for the MAB Group
- Commercial duties that revolve around debt facilities, investment decision making and property valuations
- Other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
CA qualified, you will have 5 - 7 years of experience and you will have come from a Big 4 / Mid Tier accounting practice (either from business services or audit) and with exposure to property development clientele. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders.
