Job Description As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store is upheld, with a specific focus on the Communications department, including: Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store’s Communication Team, putting the customer at the center of everything you do Leading and maintaining the agreed communications department merchandising standards Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting Qualifications You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure!
