Job Title: Executive Officer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced executive officer to provide high-level support to our leadership team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative assistance, managing complex projects, and fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic advice and guidance to the CEO and President on various matters.
* Coordinate major initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the CEO's Office, including diary management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
* Oversee financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, providing high-level executive or Board support.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present complex information.
* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, including scheduling, correspondence, records, and financial processes.
* Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders, Boards, and external stakeholders.
* Tertiary qualifications in business, public administration, law, or a related discipline are desirable.
