Key Responsibilities: As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play an integral role in various financial and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include pursuing payments according to the company credit policy, and reviewing daily debtors reports to identify overdue accounts. You will address debtor inquiries professionally, liaise with senior managers regarding debt statuses, and manage bad debt write-offs when necessary. You will execute daily bank reconciliations, process payments, conduct credit reviews, onboard new debtors, and ensure accurate coding and allocation of deposits. Additionally, you'll manage petty cash disbursements, maintain departmental files, provide backup to teammates during peak workloads or absences, and comply with supervisor directives within your role's scope to meet key deadlines effectively. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will: Experience with Accounts Receivable function, including complex debtor portfolio, bank reconciling and ledger management. Demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic. Actively strive for process improvements and excellence. Prioritize excellent customer service in all interactions.
