Your new role As a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst, you will play a vital role in assessing and approving commercial credit applications backed by security while contributing to residential assessments as needed. This role requires high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a strong team dynamic in a start-up-like atmosphere.
What Youll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial credit lending Current commercial credit delegated lending authority of at least $2M Expertise in Leasedoc, Alt Doc, and credit-impaired applicants Strong knowledge of NCCP and non-code lending regulations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines Highly organised, professional, and self-motivated Strong data accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills
