This Christmas, we're on the hunt for high-energy legends to lead the fun on our Santa Photography Sets with Scene to Believe.
We're hiring Team Leaders (aka Chief Elves!) across Australia and Current Zealand in the North Perth Area, including: Westfield Innaloo Karrinyup Joondalup Midland Gate Ocean Keys Westfield Whitford - Lead a team and keep the good vibes flowing - Make sure every Santa visit is smooth, fun, and festive - Solve problems on the fly and keep things running like clockwork - Bring energy, empathy, and leadership to every shift - Be cool under pressure, great with people, and full of Christmas cheer - Be available from early Nov to Christmas Eve - Have (or be able to get) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card Responsibilities Lead a team and keep the good vibes flowing Make sure every Santa visit is smooth, fun, and festive Solve problems on the fly and keep things running like clockwork Bring energy, empathy, and leadership to every shift Be cool under pressure, excellent with people, and full of Christmas cheer Be available from early Nov to Christmas Eve Have (or be able to get) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card Qualifications Ability to lead a team and manage guest experiences in a high-energy setting Effective communication and problem-solving skills Availability from early Nov to Christmas Eve Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or ability to obtain) Customer service experience Why You'll Love It Short-term, flexible hours – perfect for students or travellers Full training provided – just bring the vibe A chance to lead, grow, and spread joy The 'office'?
