About the opportunity:
This position is an exciting and vital frontline sales opportunity where you will work with farmers in the Esperance area of WA. The focus of this role is to ensure that our clients receive quality products when they need them, excellent service and superior advice. You will build solid long-term relationships with clients on farm, identifying needs and providing solutions.
You will also work with retail locations, external industry influencers and build relationships with local communities across the Mid-West WA area to support the achievement of overall business goals. A high level of planning is required so attention to detail is key as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate experience in a sales and business development role and a passion for providing the highest level of customer service. Tertiary qualifications in rural science, agronomy or related degree will be highly regarded.
Analytical and critical reasoning is required to respond effectively to customer queries and business needs. You will have a curious mind and focus on continuous improvement and previous experience implementing operational, quality and customer service improvements.
