The role contributes to maintaining quality risk and compliance data, preparing insightful reports and governance materials, and assisting with a range of team activities that operationalise and/or strengthen the overall risk and compliance framework.**Responsibilities:*** Support the collection, analysis, and maintenance of risk and compliance information across the business.* Access and extract data from relevant systems (such as Protecht) to prepare reports, dashboard, and insights.* Assist in preparing Board and committee reporting packs.* Engage with stakeholders across the business to obtain and validate information and follow up on risk & compliance matters.* Support enhancements to risk data quality, templates, and processes.* Assist with monitoring activities, thematic reviews, and compliance reporting.* Provide general support to the Risk & Compliance team on a broad range of Line 2 activities, including risk assessments, compliance reviews, policy reviews, and incident or issue management.* Support continuous improvement and uplift of the overall risk and compliance framework.**Requirements:*** 2–3 years' experience in risk, compliance, or related analytical roles (financial services experience desirable).* Experience with risk systems such as Protecht.* Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools desirable).* Apply strong analytical skills and high-level attention to detail.* Ability to prioritise tasks with advanced time management and forward planning skills.* Be proactive and willing to engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify information.* Be willing to learn, adapt, and build expertise in risk and compliance management frameworks and governance processes.**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
