The Position
In the role of Property Officer your responsibilities will include:
* Work closely with two senior team members who will guide and mentor you
* Provide support to the property management team across all areas of their work
* Assist with managing arrears and coordinating maintenance matters
* Handle ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
* Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and professionally
* Support with preparing ingoing and routine inspection reports/condition reports
* Communicate with tenants and landlords to help the property manager with daily tasks
* Attend all open homes, including Saturday sessions
* Act as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the senior property management team
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Officer will have:
* Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer role is a MUST- A great attitude and willingness to learn is most important
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
* Immaculate personal presentation is essential
* Self-motivated, full of initiative and eager to learn and develop your real estate career
* Top notch attention to detail and first-rate organisational skills
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
