Job Title: Payroll Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Support Administrator to join our team in a well-known organization near Prahran.

This is a 6-week contract with a view to perm, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within the payroll industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with experience in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Duties include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

- Managing calls and emails effectively, categorizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution.

- Assisting the Payroll team in processing and managing payroll transactions.

- Maintaining accurate records and databases to ensure seamless workflow.

- Developing and implementing best practices in customer service and payroll administration.

Experience and knowledge of Health EBA's and awards will be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including $65,000 + Super, with an immediate start.
