REMAC Fire Safety is a locally owned and operated company which has been a leader in the fire industry since 1966. REMAC Fire Safety's knowledge spans across maintenance, installation, design and servicing of all fire protection systems and products.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be a Fire Service Technician with a strong customer focus. Your responsibilities will include inspection, testing, installation, maintenance and repairs of equipment such as:
* Fire extinguishers
* Fire blankets
* Fire hose reels
* Fire hydrants
* Fire doors
* Smoke alarms
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will possess the following:
* Proven 2 years experience in a similar role in the fire industry
* Sound knowledge of relevant Australian standards and the National Construction Code relevant to the fire industry
* A current Australian drivers license
* A Construction Induction Card (White card)
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
