We are seeking a dedicated Caring Companion to provide personalized support and assistance to our clients.
About the Role
This role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, providing transportation, and supporting social activities. You will also be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of our clients and reporting any changes.
* Assist clients with personal care and daily living in line with their individualized plans
* Support clients with transport, social activities, and community access
* Monitor wellbeing and report changes to ensure the best possible support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Certificate III Individual Support – Ageing (or equivalent qualification)
* Your own reliable vehicle, Queensland Green P licence (or above), and comprehensive insurance
* Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
* A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in people's lives
