HR Administration Assistant, Alice Springs Head Office
Full-time, fixed-term (01 February ********* January ****)
Casa Services is seeking an HR Administration Assistant to join our vibrant Human Resources team.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS updates.
Assist with performance management processes and probation reviews.
Support policy development and HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Provide general HR and administrative support, including basic handling inquiries and preparing reports.
Qualifications
12 months experience in a HR, business or administration related role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and HR best practices (or willingness to learn)
Salary range from $76,372 to $81,905 per annum + superannuation.
