Rate
* $2,300 + GST daily
* $2,600 + GST + 15% festive loading (December 25 only)
Inclusions
* Accommodation provided—If accommodation is undesirable, locum can be reimbursed up to $200 per day
* Compact hire car provided. Alternatively, car hire reimbursement available at set amount of $50 per day
* Fuel reimbursed at 0.85c per KM. Flights can be reimbursed if quote is pre-approved.

Essential Requirements
* GP Specialist Qualifications (FRACGP and/or FACCRM) OR in the absence of a GP Specialist Qualification, the CMP must be assessed as a (senior) HBMP and considerable Emergency Medicine experience in a rural setting
* Current ED CME qualifications e.g., NNR, ALS2, ATLS, APLS, PROMPT, EMST, EMET, Rural Emergency Simulation Training (REST)
* A current WA Working with Children Card
* Current Clinical Record Screening Clearance (within 12 months)
* Medical Indemnity Insurance details
* AHPRA Registration
* Must have an ABN (Australian Business Number) – A company business structure is preferred over a sole trader business structure
