Assistant Store Manager Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager, working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales and profit results.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a retail or service environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and motivate their team.
The role involves driving incremental sales improvements across all sales channels, providing expert customer service, and promoting our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts. You will also be responsible for merchandising products to be visually appealing and maintaining health and safety standards.
About the Job
* This full-time management role is based at our Baldivis store and involves working 10 days over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
