The Venue This is a brand-new opening in the Southern Highlands region around Moss Vale. It will be bright, with a beautiful light and modern fit out with a small number of indoor and outdoor seats. These guys are all about their speciality coffee and premium house made Donuts! They are getting a high end, specialty coffee blend and single origins to bring a premium coffee experience to their area. Paired with Artisanal Donuts, and freshly made gelato – everything will be in house, artisanal and delicious! The Role If you have knowledge and skill with lamination, doughs and different types of specialty donuts and various other pastry skills this will be the job for you. Watch your creations 'prove' their way to be a crowd favourite on the specialty donut menu. With a small menu focussing on fresh / specially donuts - experience with this is preferred. It will be a small kitchen team of around 3 and will require a junior-mid level pastry or baker. Shifts vary from 4am - 1pm, 5am - 2pm or 6am - 3pm, 5 days a week, rotating roster.
