What You'll Do
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our member growth. You will:
* Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement, and referrals
* Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
* Build great member journeys with positive, professional interactions
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
* Track leads, appointments, and conversions daily using our CRM
* Work with your team to ensure the club continues to grow and thrive
Who You Are
* Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
* Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) targets
* Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple tasks
* A strong communicator who listens, empathises, and influences
* Passionate about fitness and eager to represent the Cartel brand every day
* Bonus points if you have sales experience — but with our training, enthusiasm and drive matter most
