We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee our world-class youth performing arts training program.
Role Overview
This dynamic and people-centered role involves leading a team of skilled educators, overseeing the delivery of rigorous, industry-relevant training, and ensuring each student feels supported, seen, and stretched to their potential.
* Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff across multiple performance disciplines.
* Maintain exceptional standards of delivery, consistency, and student experience.
* Oversee timetabling, staffing, and the day-to-day operations of youth performance programs.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and the broader creative community.
* Ensure all training and activities align with best practice, compliance, and student welfare standards.
Key Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
* Is an exceptional dance coach with a proven background & knowledge in dance, coaching or choreographing or program leadership.
* Is passionate about helping young people grow as both artists and individuals and knowing when to push for perfection and when to let artistry breathe.
* Knows how to bring out the best in your team and maintain a culture of excellence.
* Can confidently manage people, programs, and performance outcomes in equal measure.
* Takes pride in delivering programs that are consistent, inspiring, and industry-relevant.
