About the Role
As our Crane Supervisor, you'll be the key link between clients, crews, and operations. Your role will include:
* Attending and assessing new jobs to scope equipment and planning needs
* Coordinating and overseeing site setups, ensuring safety and compliance
* Preparing lift plans and supporting documentation
* Providing accurate and competitive quotes to clients
* Developing and maintaining client relationships
* Working closely with operations and field teams to deliver safe, efficient lifts
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who can combine technical know-how with leadership and client service:
* Background in the mobile crane hire industry (highly regarded)
* Solid understanding of crane operations, safety protocols, and lift planning
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
