About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative problem-solving, team collaboration, and delivering design excellence. You'll lead interior projects from concept to completion and contribute to shaping the studio's design vision.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Leading and managing interior projects across all phases
* Overseeing design direction, documentation, and quality control
* Coordinating project workflows and timelines
* Preparing concept presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
* Producing interior layouts and documentation packages
* Liaising with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities
* Staying up-to-date with design trends, materials, and regulations (e.g. VBA & Town Planning)
* Mentoring junior designers and contributing to team development
* Participating in client meetings and presentations
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in interior design (preferably in retail or hospitality)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High attention to detail and creative flair
* Proficiency in Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Confident in client-facing roles
* Strong work ethic, with a team-oriented and proactive attitude
