About the role
We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join the team.
Besk's food is simple, fresh and approachable – served in share-style plates.
Responsibilities include
Ensuring all chefs are preparing, cooking and presenting dishes according to their station
Demonstrating culinary methods and providing guidance on cooking best practices
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes
Supporting the Head Chef by managing daily operations
Ensuring all chefs are rotating, storing and organizing stock effectively
Ensuring all chefs adhere to food hygiene and occupational health and safety measures
Handling administrative tasks like scheduling, training, and ordering supplies
Assisting the Head Chef with driving efficiency and creativity in the kitchen

Salary
$70,****** to $80,****** per year plus super.
