Schedule:

* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
* Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Ontario, Canada)

Job Description:
You'll be the key support person who keeps customer relationships strong while helping leadership focus on scaling the business. This hybrid role puts you at the center of customer interactions and executive operations, giving you direct exposure to how a successful manufacturing e-commerce business runs. You'll work closely with the co-founders, learn their systems, and grow alongside a company that's actively expanding. Perfect for someone who wants variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer service inquiries via email, phone, and support tickets through Gorgias
* Manage executive assistant duties including administrative tasks and email management
* Support sales processes by responding to inquiries and assisting with lead management
* Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as the business evolves
* Maintain professional communication standards across all customer touchpoints
* Work with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, to support operations
* Collaborate directly with leadership team to streamline business operations
* Help shape processes and procedures as the company scales

Responsibilities:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or executive assistant roles
* Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Strong learning ability and motivation to grow with the company
* Professional work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Bonus if you have sales experience or interest in developing sales skills
* It helps if you have experience with Shopify and Gorgias ticketing systems
