Melbourne, VIC, AU, 3000
About us:
At CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy, we’re proud to deliver electricity to ~2 million Victorian customers every day through our network of poles and wires. But more than that, we’re here to power communities, support local businesses and keep critical services running smoothly; we’re essential to them all – and none of this happens without our people.
What’s our Graduate Program about?
We are looking for curious minds across the fields of finance, commerce, accounting or similar areas to join us in February 2026.
Our award-winning two-year graduate program allows you to work alongside industry experts on real-world challenges. Through a series of rotations, you’ll be exposed to different areas of our organisation, with an opportunity to test and build your skills, and take control of your career from day one.
Our finance graduates help us capture and analyse data essential for day-to-day reporting and medium to long term business decisions. We offer graduate placements across areas of financial accounting, finance business partnering, taxation, treasury and management reporting.
The program is designed to assist you with achieving Chartered Accounting/Certified Practicing Accounting status while developing extensive knowledge of the energy market industry.
We will work with you throughout the program to help you identify your preferred career pathway. At the end of the program, you will join a team in a permanent role that best matches your skills and career interests with business requirements and opportunities.
The graduate program really is just the start of your career with us!
Why us?
