This traineeship provides hands-on experience in delivering a positive branch experience, assisting customers with banking needs, and teaching self-service and digital solutions. Duties include general banking, money handling, facilitating transactions, and ATM maintenance.
We seek candidates with strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a Police Check. Customer service or money-handling experience is desirable. The role offers one-on-one mentoring, a nationally recognized qualification, full-time pay while you learn, and career opportunities after completing the Certificate III Business Traineeship.
