About the role
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Physiophi team in a part-time subcontractor capacity, 3 days per week.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, high-performing team delivering premium physiotherapy care in a busy private practice setting with genuine autonomy, strong earnings, and mentorship from an experienced principal.
Physiophi is a premium private practice based in Jindalee, Brisbane, with 100+ five-star Google reviews and strong referral relationships with local GPs, exercise physiologists, and gyms.
Ideally, we are looking for a clinician with 1–2 years of MSK private practice experience, however we are open to recent graduates who are motivated, ambitious and eager to grow.
An interest in women's health would be highly regarded but is not essential.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

What You'll Be Doing
* Play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to an existing caseload
* Work across a diverse mix of clients including musculoskeletal, NDIS and workers' compensation
* Assess, diagnose and treat a diverse MSK caseload in a busy private practice setting
* Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient
* Support patients through rehabilitation, education and preventative care strategiesMonitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary network of GPs, exercise physiologists and allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in case discussions and mentorship sessions
