Your Role
As an Accountant, reporting to the Group Accountant, you'll support the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant financial operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across reporting, reconciliations and transactional accounting, working within established frameworks while contributing to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily banking, reconciliations and creditor payments
* Process accounts payable (invoices, POs, approvals)
* Complete reconciliations for creditors, credit cards and month-end
* Support BAS, FBT, balance sheet and month-end reporting
* Assist with payroll and wider finance support as needed
* Handle ad hoc reporting and general finance administration
* Coordinate travel and fleet administration
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in an Accountant, or Finance Officer role within a commercial environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Solid time management and ability to manage competing prioritiesProfessional, discreet and customer-focused approach
* Confident with Excel, Word and finance systems (MYOB/FileMaker or similar)
* Proactive, reliable and willing to support across the team
