In this job you will teach the Ready Set dance program, participate in studio events, such as themed weeks and showcases, to inspire and engage our community. Encourage, motivate, and mentor students to help them achieve their artistic potential. Work with other instructors and staff to plan studio events, workshops, and performances.
**Qualifications**:
Experience teaching or mentoring students (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for the performing arts.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in the Ready Set Dance program (preferred)
