Improve Kidney Health Outcomes as a Public Health Nurse
This role is focused on enhancing kidney health outcomes for communities across the Katherine region.
Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the Territory Kidney Care initiative.
* Collaborate directly with clinical teams to train and support staff in delivering high-quality care.
* Promote continuous quality improvement processes and reporting to drive better patient outcomes.
* Foster culturally appropriate communication and engagement with Aboriginal health workers and communities.
