This role offers an attractive salary, a competitive commission scheme, a company vehicle, and additional benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve Sales Targets: Drive new equipment sales and exceed budget expectationsPromote Used Equipment: Leverage opportunities to sell used equipmentImplement Sales Strategies: Execute product and application-focused sales strategies as directedManage Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to deliveryCustomer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with current and past customersProduct Demonstrations: Organise and manage product demonstrations within your territoryReporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, budget, and strategic objectivesRepresent the Company: Act as a company ambassador at shows, exhibitions, and business forumsAdministrative Duties: Prepare and submit sales orders and updates to the Customer DatabaseRequirementsDemonstrated success in territory management and achieving sales targetsProficient in generating leads and cold callingIn-depth understanding of the market sector and opposition productsAbility to execute specific sales strategies effectivelySkill in representing the company with customers and manufacturersStrong reporting and communication skillsA knowledge of generator and compressor market / previous experience in this area is highly preferredAbout UsCEA is the leading distributor for world-renowned capital equipment brands JCB agricultural and construction equipment, Atlas Copco, Ditch Witch and Dynapac.
