What you'll do:
We're looking for a dynamic and collaborative Change Manager to help bring to life our Full Potential Loyalty Strategy. Reporting to the Senior Loyalty Transformation Manager, in this key role within our eCommerce & Loyalty team, you'll shape and deliver the communication, engagement, and change pathways that enable the transformation of Sister Club into Australia's leading health and wellness loyalty program.
You'll embed new systems, processes, and ways of working across a complex, multi stakeholder environment. Your work will ensure diverse stakeholders are informed, engaged, and empowered as we orchestrate a transformation that delivers superior outcomes for members, franchise partners, suppliers and Wesfarmers Health.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, communication and transformation—someone who can simplify complexity, drive clarity, build connection, and support thousands of people to confidently adopt change.
What you'll bring:
* Demonstrated experience ideally in environments of change management and delivery, preferably working across loyalty, retail, or franchise transformation programs
* Proven experience developing key messages and communications materials tailored to diverse audiences impacted by change
* Ability to gather relevant information, liaise with key stakeholders, analyse issues from different perspectives, and create workable solutions that meet end-user needs
* Excellent partnering skills, including requirement clarification, and gaining agreement to proposals and ideas
* Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse change projects and delivering and driving effective change
* Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Organisational Change, Human Resource Management, Communications, or related field)
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
