CRM Electrical is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic to join our Rockhampton team.
This role suits a technician who enjoys variety — servicing, fault-finding, and installing split, ducted and commercial systems across residential and commercial projects.

The Role
You'll work across service, maintenance, and installation, delivering high-quality HVAC solutions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Your duties will include:
* Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
* Preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
* Installing split, ducted, cassette systems and refrigeration works
* Assisting with commissioning and system testing
* Reading plans and coordinating with other trades
* Maintaining strong safety, communication, and workmanship standards

What you'll bring
* Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
* QLD Restricted Electrical Licence
* White Card
* Commercial HVAC experience (service and/or installation)
* Current Driver's Licence
* A reliable, positive can-do attitude
